GAIA extra virgin olive oil is produced from the variety of koroneiki olives through the cold extraction method. Each bottle exquisite aroma derives from the Cretan herbs of Oregano, Thyme and Rosemary.

The herbs are selected and collected during a very specific period of the year, before they are carefully placed in the bottles, aiming to an even more tasteful result. Including red pepper and mustard leaf, GAIA extra virgin olive oil offers a unique combination of aroma and taste that pleasantly accompanies salads, feta cheese and a variety of food (e.g. fish).
